14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unfitted, clean, complete and in resaleable condition.
Parts that cannot be returned
Used, fitted, damaged, modified, dirty or incomplete parts cannot normally be returned. Electrical items must be unopened unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us with photos, your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.
Fitment responsibility
Aftermarket parts can vary by model, year, mount, connector, chain pitch, belt length, tooth count and clamp size. Customers must check compatibility before ordering.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank/card processing times may vary.
